Lauren Fleit is a Licenced Massage Therapist in Massachusettes. Focusing on each client as an idividual, she tailors each session to their specific needs. Ideal Touch Massasge uses modalitlies including and not limited to Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Prenatal Massage. 

 

​After recieving her very first massage in 2010 Lauren realized that being a massage therapsit was something that she very much wanted to be. The phsyical and mental benefit of that very massage was overwhelming.  In 2011 Lauren decided to attend school at the Massage School in Easthampton, Ma. After graduating she has worked for herself taking on private clients. In July 2014 she started working at a well known spa in downtown Northampton.  In April 2015 she started using a space in downtown Northampton while continuing to travel for her clients. She has moved her practice full time to downtown Florence, MA, in the hopes of being able to reach out and heal anyone in need. Whether you are new to massage or a seasoned veteran, she will help you to feel comfortable, relaxed, relieved, and rejuvinated.
